WWE Apps

I was fortunate to work on this project from detailed design right through to the development phase, where I provided build support. This was a client facing role, working closely with the WWE team to acquire feedback and secure design approvals. Additionally I provided design and development support for the iOS / Android Apps and responsive web implementation. This meant sorting out tickets in Jira and dealing with lots of development issues. We used Sketch and Sympli (basically the same as Zeplin but cheaper) to hand over the screen designs to the many developers. I also quality checked the implementation whilst the apps were still being built. The TV app designs were ahead of the Native and RW designs, so styling decisions were filtered across from TV to these other apps. The project was extremely technical as the apps were being built across a multitude of TV and mobile platforms such as; HTML TV, Roku, Android TV, Fire TV, tvOS, etc. All with their own unique limitations. The designs were created in Sketch and a comprehensive shared symbol library was created. Screens were uploaded to Sympli for developer handover. Animation prototypes were cerated in Principle, which were used to help the developers understand the transition styles we wanted.
